By accessing and using OmniCan Authenticator ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by and comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this Service.

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on OmniCan Authenticator for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Conduct any systematic or automated data collection activities

The materials on OmniCan Authenticator are provided on an 'as is' basis. OmniCan makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

In no event shall OmniCan Authenticator or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on OmniCan Authenticator, even if OmniCan or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

Account Termination: We reserve the right to terminate your account and access to our Service at our sole discretion, without cause or liability, effective immediately.

Account Security: You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breaches of security.

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Engage in any form of malicious activity
• Use automated tools to access the Service without permission
• Share your authentication secrets with unauthorized parties
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by OmniCan, its licensors, and/or other providers of such material. Any unauthorized use of such content is prohibited and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent permitted by law.

OmniCan reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

While we provide backup and recovery features, you remain responsible for maintaining backups of your authentication data. We are not liable for any loss of data due to technical failures, account deletion, or other causes.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
